Equity lives here in practice. Canna Luz is grounded in the belief that access, stability, and opportunity are built intentionally through systems, relationships, and shared responsibility.
Since 2023, Canna Luz has dedicated more than 660 hours to cannabis equity program support for applicants and entrepreneurs in Long Beach and Sacramento, California, and across Washington State.
This work includes technical assistance, mentorship, training, program management, and coordinated support for entrepreneurs navigating business development, licensing, location readiness, operations, leadership, and the many decisions required to move a cannabis business forward.
Equity is not positioned as charity or branding. It is the standard by which the work is measured.
Canna Luz brings more than thirteen years of hands-on experience across cannabis operations, leadership, and equity work. While the practice is led personally, the work is strengthened through collaboration with program teams, specialized consultants, operators, advocates, and community partners.

Beginning in 2023, Canna Luz provided direct technical assistance to Washington cannabis social equity applicants navigating licensing and business development across the state.
