Every other week, we gather for two focused hours of co-working, guided Pomodoro blocks, quick check-ins, and community accountability.
Bring the task, plan, project, or pile of admin you need to move forward. You don’t need to have it figured out before you arrive. We’ll create the rhythm, do the work, and build clarity around what comes next.
Rooted in culture. Open to community. You don’t need to work in cannabis, own a business, or partake to pull up. This space is for anyone ready to give something their focus.
This is a facilitated co-working session. Individual consulting, strategy, and project support are booked separately.
Why GANAS + GUIDANCE?
Ganas is more than motivation. For my people, it carries desire, determination, heart, and the willingness to keep showing up. Échale ganas is encouragement, instruction, and sometimes the reminder we give ourselves when the path isn’t clear yet.
Ganas is what got many of us here. We’ve shown up con ganas time and time again, ready to learn, work, build, advocate, and try another way.
Many of us have risen to a level of resilience we shouldn’t have had to develop. That resilience was shaped through barriers, uncertainty, closed doors, and the constant need to find another way. It has etched into us a deep capacity to adapt, persevere, create, and keep moving.
That resilience deserves recognition, and it also deserves support. Having ganas shouldn’t mean carrying everything alone, pushing through every obstacle, or proving how much more we can endure. Sometimes we need dedicated time, shared structure, community, and space to find the focus and direction that help our ideas move.
That spirit lives throughout Canna Luz.

Cannabis, In Real Life
That same spirit means making room for the real ways cannabis fits into our lives. It may be medicine, part of a daily routine, a creative ritual, a lifestyle choice, or something you enjoy while settling into focused work.
Ganas + Guidance is cannabis-friendly, not cannabis-exclusive. Bring your coffee, tea, tincture, topical, or gram. Partake intentionally, know what supports your focus, and take care of yourself throughout the session.
You don’t need to work in cannabis or partake to belong here. Partaking is welcome, never required. There’s no pressure to explain whether, why, or how cannabis fits into your life.
Come as you are and leave with more clarity than you came with.
